ESPN reports San Francisco's Mario Manningham is a scratch for tonight's game against Seattle. Brandon Jacobs will suit up for the first time. He could get a few red zone carries but I wouldn't expect too much. LT Joe Staley will also play.
For Seattle, Safety Kam Chancellor is expected to play on his sore ankle.
