Just A Bit Outside finished my Top 5's for the week. tied for fifth last week in our Top 5 picks at 411fantasy.com's contest - Of course, I didn't have time to post This week, here they are.
QB
Aaron Rodgers - best QB in the league, and even against a good SD pass defense, he's golden.
Drew Brees - At home he's been good, and for New Orleans to win, Brees has to throw.
Michael Vick - At home, on a roll, and Chicago has struggled in deep coverage particularly - ranked 28th versus the pass.
Eli Manning - Pats 30th ranked pass defense and Bradshaw is not available. New England probably wins, but Manning has to throw.
Tony Romo - I see where people say where's Brady. Well Seattle's secondary is in tatters and Brady hasn't been a huge fantasy scorer in recent weeks due to new defensive schemes.
RB
Arian Foster - He's playing Cleveland at home.
Frank Gore - Two east coast games with over hundred yards and Washington's defense has began to fall apart vs. run.
Michael Turner - averaging 27 carries per week and Indy can't stop run (31st)
Fred Jackson - Besides McCoy and Foster, is their any back as complete as Fred.
Michael Bush - What he means to the Raiders today is huge.
(McCoy sits right outside my top 5 because Vick won't have to rely on McCoy to beat the Bears)
WR
Greg Jennings - has to factor for Green Bay to continue to win, even against a top secondary.
Roddy White - we've put him here before and he's disappointed. This week he's worthy of it.
Miles Austin - will beat the Seahawks secondary several times.
Mario Manningham - Cruz may move the chains, but Mario will score the TDs this week.
Brandon Lloyd - Most targeted receiver the past two weeks going against Arizona's messy secondary.
